Repairing New England winter damage...

Most people know that winters in New England can be brutal.  To survive the winters here, you have to be made of sterner stuff as do the things made by man.  Don and Sherri's shed has taken a beating from all the snow and ice and needed some repairs so we helped out.

The bottom of the door had dissolved away.
The wall panels were rotting away as well.

We decided to make a modification to the building by putting exterior grade vinyl boards between the wall panels and the ground hoping water would not get wicked up into the panel.

Except for paint, it is good to go up against a few more winters.
